Booking terms.
These terms apply to all bookings at Loop Studios in Gothenburg. Last updated: June 2026.

Booking terms
By booking a session at Loop Studios you commit to showing up at the agreed date and time. A confirmed booking is a binding reservation — we hold the room for you and schedule the producer around it.
If you have any questions about your booking, contact us at booking@loopstudios.se well in advance of the session.

Cancellation & reschedule
Cancellations and reschedules must be made at least 6 hours (360 minutes) before the session start time. Changes made within this window are processed without charge.
To cancel or reschedule: email booking@loopstudios.se with your booking number (found in your booking confirmation email). You can also use the cancellation and reschedule links in the Cal.com confirmation email.

Late-cancellation & no-show fee
Cancelling or rescheduling less than 6 hours before the session, or failing to show up without cancelling (no-show), will be charged a fee. The fee is invoiced after the fact and sent to the email address you provided at the time of booking, payable via the details stated on the invoice.
The fee amount is communicated separately and may vary depending on session length. Unpaid invoices may be referred to a debt collection service.

Minimum session length
The minimum bookable session length is 1 hour (60 minutes). It is not possible to book a shorter slot. We offer sessions of 1, 1.5, 2, and 3 hours subject to availability.

Personal data & personnummer
We collect the following data at the time of booking: first name, last name, email address, phone number, and personal ID number (personnummer).
Your personnummer is collected solely to enable invoicing in the event of a no-show or late cancellation. It is not used for any other purpose.
Lawful basis
Processing rests on legitimate interest (the ability to fulfil and invoice the agreement in the event of a breach) and performance of a contract (the booking agreement). We never process your personnummer for marketing purposes or share it with third parties.
Your personnummer is stored securely within the booking system (Cal.com, running on a private database with no public network access). It is deleted as soon as it is no longer required — that is, once the session has taken place with no outstanding fee, or once any no-show invoice has been settled.
You have the right to request access to, or deletion of, your personal data. Contact us at booking@loopstudios.se with your request.
Other data (name, email, phone) is used to confirm and administer your booking, send reminders, and reach you regarding the session if necessary. It is deleted in line with our internal data-handling routine once those purposes have been fulfilled.
